66/350 power steering
Hi guys I have a power steering conversion questions I have 79 80s 350 motor in my 66 c10 If I went to the slavage yard what cars or truck would I look for to take the power steering pump out and install it on my 66 truck?

you have the water pump with the lug for the pump , that is the type I would look for ,just comfirm whether it is a through hole or threaded...

i just got one for mine, your pump is similar to mine but verify the lug like awbrown said, mine is threaded and i think the pump i got was a 71-79 comaro/monte carlo. the reservoir tilts slightly to the side on it. the bracket setup i got at the local resto shop.

Also , make sure the pump fittings match the fittings in the box , mine was a metric pump and a 3/8 flare nut on the box .. so I made my own lines , with the help of another pressure line from a older hose , flared it and flared the metric hose after cutting it to length and used a union...

I would look at 1973-87 chevy trucks, make sure to get the mounting bracket, and pulleys needed also.
