trim on a factory non trim truck?

did stepsides ever come with trim?

and has anyone ever put trim on a non factory trim truck?

I have put trim on a non trim custom deluxe back in the day but all my trucks have been long fleetside beds.. i kinda remember my buddys stepside having trim around the wheel arches so im going to say yes it can be done.. the glue on stuff that goes along the body ive never seen on a stepside and ive seen the cab bands around both stepsides and fleets of our genre

I did it... I have a Custom Deluxe, with originally no trim, and added a tailgate band, cab trim, and wheel arch molding..

and no sticky tape either... I measured and drilled... so it's all bolted, screwed and clipped on. The wheel arch was easy because they fenders already had factory holes pre-drilled for them. The other parts weren't
