Easily taken care of.

It looks like the rear is either already dropped some, or has a load in it. If it's been dropped, the front needs to come down at least a bit to level it out.

Maybe, but that truck looks to be in a fairly flat spot, albeit angled slightly to the rear. But that alone isn't going to bring the rear down. There is a measurable difference in the wheel-to-fender gap between the front and rear.
