Weather and truck progress

AS soon as I get on the downhill run with my truck, it decides to rain for weeks in a row here in Florida. The rain can really slow some things down. We are ten inches above normal average yearly rainfall here in Florida. I haven't even ridden my motorcycle in six weeks or so. I am so sick of this rain, it's like Seattle here this year with a lot harder rainfall.

Now if it did this all summer and snowed all winter I guess I'd really be PO'ed

btw, today there is a stupid tropical wave passing us by, so here comes another three inches of rain. That will go nicely with the seven we got on Saturday and the two or three inches since then.

I may have to get Ed at MotherTruckers to start restoring boats.

Yeah, same thing up here. The sun stayed out yesterday long enough for me to do 3 sections of sheetrock in my garage.

sun, sun, and lots of sun over here.:p I have not seen anyrain in like 3 or 4 months. OK mabe a drizzle or two but not the kind of rain you guys are getting. I loved it when I live in kansas. In virginia when I was a kid at the grandparents house, the thunder storms would scare the poop out of me, but now I love the thunder !! I miss living back east.... You guys have the good weather. Here you get two seasons, green 4 3 months and brown 4 the rest of the year.

Hang in there it will clear up and you guys will get you stuff done. :p

same here in western NC. We are breaking all the records. I think someone said the other day that out of the past 2-3 months there have been like 6 or 7 days with no rain.

Know what you mean. I think we actually had 3 days in a row, finally, without rain here on the MS coast. Real pain! especially since the 3 dry days of course were NOT the weekend.

Hopefully it won't rain between now and next Friday!
