78 k-5 options......

I bought a 78 2 wheel blazer last month. Been going thru it fixing PO repairs. It was missing a few of the options listed on the Spid. Got a parts truck that has all that was removed except one option.

I am having some problems uploading, otherwise I would post a pix of the spid
350 engine
towing package
auto trans
heavy duty trans cooler........both trucks are missing this, anybody with pix?
cheyenne package
P/S, P/B, A/C, tilt/cruise, P/W,P/DL,P/Rear window
heavy duty cooling system
rear roll bar
rally wheels
has chrome bumpers, door edge guards, front bumper guards
single color with side trim
tinted windows
sliding side glass
3:73 with posi
gauges with tack
am/fm stereo
not sure what the cheyenne package includes but has wood grain inside

I have in the parts truck an inside hood release

the truck is decent for what I paid. I loaded up a 72swb that was well optioned to begin with, way too much money invested in that one.

I want to load up this truck. What am I missing?

If anybody has pix of what a heavyduty trans cooler looks like so i can track that down.

i also was given 3 months ago a stripped 74 burb that the spid listed an engine oil cooler, was that an option in 78.

Would also be interested in dealer installed stuff. Off hand I know 2 toned paint but am at a loss about any other options.

Thanks in advance, pretty much got rid of all my other stuff, see when is enough enough thread, and am only going to do this blazer. I have my daily drivers and am holding to one play truck and one play car.

Re: 78 k-5 options......

whoops, forgot the 31 gallon tank, and as I did some surfing on the site, I saw a 79 blazer with a fuel door, mine just has a gas cap. 78 option?

thanks,
Steve

Nope. Not an option for 78; it's a model year difference between years, not a selectable option within the model year.

also forgot to add the intermittent wipers and the antenna in the windsheild.

No other options i can add? I know about the different engines I am going to stay with the 350, original to the truck

I found it on craigs list and thought it was well loaded.........
