Only story I have is that this guy who owns it is a friend to the son of the yard owner. He bought it as a project but has lost interest and needs money pretty badly at the moment. By most standards it's not too bad, as everything that is gone should probobly be fixable. The weld at the bottom of one or two of the doors is bad, but the outer skin looks good. The tires look to be fairly new too... Basically, you could drive it as is, but there's just some stuff that needs work to make it rust free. Some rocker stuff, some door stuff (one of those two doors I mentioned might need a lot, didn't look too closely at it, but it didn't open too easily). |

I think you could get it for $2,000 fairly easily, yard owner himself said that IIRC.

Obviously it must have been "restored" at some point due to the nameless tailgate...
Rocker picture is too blurry... deleting.... |

Steering wheel is the wrong color...
a few pics left, but they just show the rear bench (matching) and the engine I think, so I'll leave them out for now. |

Baradium, Have you had a chance to look for the Phone number on the crew cab? Thanks, Wes.

So sorry it took so long guys, this is the first time I've been able to get on the board since my last post...
Call Greg Fowler at 678-858-5345 and ask if you can get the number from Shane about the 4 door chevy truck. Tell him his dad gave his number out since he did not have Shane's number handy. I hope it's still there.... The '67 wrecker: Call Fowler Auto Parts at 770-412-9991 You'll probobly reach Howell Fowler, the owner, if someone picks up... he's also the one you need to talk to. Really sorry guys... let me know what happens. |
