Vent window fixes
Hello,
My driver side vent window is missing the bottom hinge that extends into the door. I have seen LMC replacement kits for $400 and I dont feel like spending that much. Is there a to fix / replacement for that bottom hinge? Thanks!

Re: Vent window fixes
The 1 piece kit would be nice. However, the only 1 I have found is from Brothers and they want $650 for both doors. A little cheaper, not by much.
I have time to think about it.

Re: Vent window fixes
I found the whole vent window assembly from my local junkyard for $22. I "rebuilt" it with paint and rubber from classic parts.

Re: Vent window fixes
I have the same problem but its my passenger side hinge. Not to mention all the rubber is shot. I'm too lazy to search my local junk yards because most of the time our kind of trucks have been stripped naked by the time I get to them. Looks like it'll be the 1 piece for me soon.
