Weird brake problem

So if I let the truck sit for a few days and go to drive it.. the first time I put the brakes on it locks the rears up. If I pump them up it solves the problem and they work fine... any thoughts? It has a CPP powerbrake setup on it with a front disk conversion from a 78 silverado.

Re: Weird brake problem

How does the peddle feel, nice and firm or soft? Using (losing) any fluid? Have you thoroughly bled all four courners? Bled the MC? I would also take a look at the rear linings and drums.

Re: Weird brake problem

You could be leaking fluid or grease on the drum.
