Whats the dementions on 67-72 truck rear frame rails outside to outside?

Depends on where you measure and whether it is a 2wd or 4 wd.

2wd just straight over rear end housing tubes..

The frame flares right over the housing. It is 36" measured right at the axle bump stops. 2wd 1968 C20
