Tx Firefighter opens doors to AyersGarage Powder Coating Specialist

AYERS GARAGE
Powder Coating Specialist
Restoration Services

DROP OFF SERVICE- For my local customers, I can work with meeting you to drop off and pick up parts. I have the ability to coat parts up to 6 feet in length.

COLOR CHOICES- I stock a lot of different powder in my shop and can get any other color within 4 days max. I can link my suppliers to you so you can choose the exact powder you like, then I can order it directly to my shop to save time.

RESTORATION SERVICE- I can do some repairs to parts if needed. I can repair stripped bolt holes, broken off bolts, some welding, rebuild door hinges, etc.

PARTS PREP- I have an extensive selection of masking material and I will absolutely mask all threaded areas or important areas where any bearing, bolt, shaft, etc needs to go. You won't have to deal with cleaning up messy areas like some "Economy" powder coaters send out.

FREE ESTIMATES- I can give you estimates, if you provide clear pictures before hand to judge any pitting or rough areas that I'll need to address in the job. I can't really give a flat price like "x dollars to coat a pair of valve covers" without seeing them first. I'll also need to know up front what color you want the part done in. Powders cost different prices and some require either a basecoat or a clearcoat. It's all case specific.

PREP SERVICE- Parts should be clean enough that I can handle them with my bare hands without getting grease on them. I can clean as needed, but it's much cheaper for you to do it prior to shipping to me.

SHIPPING & PACKING COSTS- Due to the hassles of properly packing and shipping costs, it's really only economical for me to do parts that can be inexpensively shipped back and forth. I can't really do bulky parts like a set of wheels, and have the price be reasonable once packing materials and shipping costs are factored in.

PAYMENT- While I'm happy to take PayPal payments, I'll have to pass along the PayPal fees in the bottom line. The profit margin here just doesn't allow me to give up their percentage out of the deal. I welcome money orders also.

CONTACT- Send a PM to Tx Firefighter or email me at Ayers.Garage@hotmail.com

Please look at my blog to see what kind of work I do.
