Brake Problem

Hi Guys, I havent been here in a while so I hope Im doing this right.
My ? I redid my entire brake system Wheel cylinders, lines, shoes,master cylinder this is the second one the rear wheel cylinders cost me 50.00 bucks each WOW!!! the rest of the parts were priced normal ok the problem I cant get a good brake pedal Ive bleed them several times ive changed the master again and I did bench bleed first. The Truck A 69 CHEVY C/20 drums all around leaf spring rear. Im at the end of rope at this one been rebuilding autos all my life so I cant see what Im missing. HELP PLEASE
