Wheel and dog dish question

I have not seen these wheels in person.
Can anyone ID these and tell me what they originally came off of?
Also, The cap retaining nubs look different then on the Chevy wheels I've seen and I was wondering if the Chevy dog dishes will work on these wheels.

Thanks.

Re: Wheel and dog dish question

Those look like older Ford wheels, most likely 6" which was standard for years (all brands). The mounds between the lug holes say Ford to my eye. The nubs will work for our caps. The Ford wheels that are wider (7") came along later. More were found on Vans than truck, since so many trucks came with alloy wheels by the '90s. Ford went metric,I believe, when the body style changed in '97 to the Super Duty. Maybe someone has a picture of the wider Ford wheels. Kelsey-Hayes makes the wheels to slightly different automaker specs. A wheel is a wheel once it's on a truck. So,brand means nothing.

Re: Wheel and dog dish question

I have those same wheels (16 x 6) to put on my k20. The chevy caps fit. There is a furd logo stamped on one of the mounds between the lug holes but luckily it will get covered up.
