To add onto ClineBarger's post.
P0300 is a random misfire. This could be, and is likely triggered by the other codes and running rough. Fix the o2 sensor and it may go away. FYI I had left my 01 6.0 sitting for a couple months, ran it for the first time the other day and got a P0303 (cyl 3 misfire), it lasted for about 5 minutes, I drove it down the road, cleared it, and it hasn't came back since. I think it was just grumpy from not being driven
