Question where to buy cab bolt sleeves?

I replaced the cab bolts on our 67 c10 using kit from Brothers but it did not come with 2 sleeves that go on the rear bolts to cab. Any one know where you can buy these or what to make them out for proper use? Thanks Brandon

Great gesture!

I now one thing. For years, any time I come across a piece of thick wall tubing I save it. I always end up needing to make stuff like this and it's not something you can just go out and buy.
