Sorry REDNEKID, I haven't.
As an update: I finally got my headlights adjusted and aimed correctly. I LOVE THIS UPDATE. Besides the improved lighting I like the look it adds to the grill area. My wife says that the ol' Chevy has "pretty blue eyes now."

i bought the Hella ones from Summit a while back. they come with bulbs. a lot better than stock even with the bulbs that they give you. i almost bought diff bulbs but then i thought 'nah i dont want ricer headlights"
