Can someone tell me in small words what the difference between a 2 bolt and 4 bolt main 350ci is?

Also has anyone had ~any~ luck with repop fenders, and if so, where did you get them please?

I am still a ways away from needing them, but should be on it no later than Feb or March to have the rig on the road this spring. I am sure this old boy will be happy to feel the pavement rolling under it again after sitting for so many years.
