Speaker wiring?
I just posted something and got help on this a few days ago, but i still have a question on the subject, I dont want to redo the wiring for speakers in my truck, but currently its just one black wire running inside a speaker behind my truck seat, would i be able to keep the wiring and just cut the speaker away from the wire and wire it to new speakers? how would i go about doing that if its only one black wire?
Thanks. |

Re: Speaker wiring?
Are you sure it isn't some type of coaxial wire with a shield and an inner core wire? Its really very easy to run wire to rear speakers in these trucks and a new pair of speakers might even with wire depending on what you get.

Re: Speaker wiring?
It should be 2 wires did you look real close at it? You can make the old ones work but if your going with a new stereo might as well just put all new stuff in at the same time is my belief. Its pretty easy and not to time consuming at all.
