Re: Air ride shock help

I always take my measurements at the ride height and take into account how much suspension travel I want. Then I use a shock with that height as the middle of the shock travel that does not bottom or top out before my projected suspension travel.

You need to know the dimensions between the shock mounts @ full compression, full extension, & @ ride height. You want to try & find a shock that comes as close as possible to your specific dimensions & works best for you (no universal 1 size fits all p/n).

Full air suspension including custom shock mounts or??

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

Use different upper mounts for the fronts. They'll allow a longer shock to be used which gives better ride quality (greater extension & compression before bottoming out) & should increase your shock options.
