47-55 3100 frames, are they interchangable?
Found a good 54 to replace my 53 frame. Just wondering if everything would interchange from frame to frame, and what the differences are??

It will work fine. I have a 54 frame under my 48.

Re: 47-55 3100 frames, are they interchangable?
Other than a few minor differences the only big change was the kick up in the frame over the rear axle witch from 47-52 was higher than 53-55.1. It is easier to put a 52 and earlier bed on a 53 and later frame. vise versa can be done but the bed will sit a little high to clear the kick up. Hope that makes sense.
