Carb Spacers - More torque or not?

True but think about this, 15 more horse, your going to notice on the top end. So your going to get another 2 to 3 mph, as for torque a stock 350 puts out over 300 ft lbs, are you going to notice another 10 or 3% off the line. On a street truck, daily driver, are you going to notice it.
