You know when it comes right down to it,
it's your truck, your never going to please everyone, it's none of their business how much you are willing to pay, if your comfortable, spend your money on whatever you want, build it the way and with, whatever you want, I can tell you of the smoking deals I got, but then again is it true? I too can recommend you look else where, but then who the heck am I, If you have to ask the question then ... My buddy is in the appraisal business and from what he recommends, document everything if your looking for a Restoration of value. Keep all the original labels,boxes and bills. The insurance companies will have a harder time to cut you down on a claim. If you buy let's say an original NOS fender, they have to pay out for it's replacement. If you have no documentation they can pay out for a cheap reproduction because you have no proof that it was an NOS. My 2 cents Canadian!
