http://wheeladapter.com/ there is no place better for wheel adapters. These things are awesome quality, (i have a set myself) and they have awesome service. Fred, will most likely personally call you to confirm your order and ask any questions to make sure he machines them to your correct specs.

Not quite sure what this pictures is showing, ALL Dually conversion I have done the adapter mounts on the Rear end hub FIRST , then both wheels go one.

This lower pictures is showing the Dually adapter being used as a spacer between the rims? WTF?
