Re: WTB Wood floor crossmembers

I have all of the wood floor crossmembers from my 71 that I'd sell (I'm going with a steel floor). Shipping costs might kill the deal though.

What do you want for them and how much do you think they weight? Greyhound is a good option if you are near a stop. Just wrap the ends and they put it in the bus. I don't need them right away.

Re: WTB Wood floor crossmembers

I'm looking for the bed cross sills there are 3 long ones and one short one between the fenders wells for swb truck. If you have those in good shape shoot me a price.

Thanks

Re: WTB Wood floor crossmembers

budman,

I'll pull them out this weekend and see if I can get a fairly accurate weight on them. Unfortunately, the nearest Greyhound stop is 50 miles away from me, so I'd have to ship via UPS.

Here are a few pics of what I have budman. Are you needing all 5 crossmembers?

Let me know what you think.

Re: WTB Wood floor crossmembers

Hi Jay,

I havent been on the board all weekend. Five is enough for a long box right? I need a set for my long box project as well! Those look pretty good. What do you need for those? Then what do you figure the shipping will be to 55112?

Bud

Re: WTB Wood floor crossmembers

LMC shows 8 total cross sills for a long bed. Mine are from a shortbed. I'd take $200 plus shipping for all 5. I can figure out what they weigh and try to get a shipping quote for you in the next day or two if you'd like.

Let me know.
