hey hoods, thx! I'm gonna take cab and clip, 454 engine, wheels, tank...the lower doors are gone on the 80 but the cab and rockers arer all solid. I'll use my 86 doors on the 80 cab....they should match up right? How hard is it to pull the clip off all in one piece? I got the radiator support bolts off already...figured I just disconnect radiator supply and return and transmission line, take hood off and unbolt at the cab sound about right?

Yeah pretty much it should all come in one piece. If your feeling real ambitiuos and have access to a hoist of some sort, you could just unhook all the wiring from the engine, the intermediate steering shaft, tranny linkage, and unbolt the cab, and then you pull the cab and front clip off in one piece.
