Rad hose ID for our trucks?
What is the rad hose ID?
The Previous owner put a pre bent rad hose in my truck but its bent the wrong way and rubbed through on the fan shroud and now i have a leak. Need to know what size hose to buy to replace it.

Re: Rad hose ID for our trucks?
Don't remember off the top of my head, but you can measure the old one easy enough.
Is there a special reason you can't just get one for your truck from the local parts house?

I can get kevlar woven protected silicon hose for less than a regualr rubber goodyear rad hose would cost me at a local parts store. So worth it for me to buy straight hose and make my own rad hoses out of it. Also if anyone is curious the upper hose is 1 1/2" on both ends and the lower hose is 1 1/2" at rad end and 1 3/4" at the pump end.
