Carb Help
Rochester mono jet carb, on a 250, I unplug my auto choke during the summer cuz i dont need it, but now its getting cold so i plugged it back in....but the idle is really high, and i think its the vacuum, cuz, the spring on the vacuum, compresses all the way, and i even unpluged the vacuum hose, and the truck will go back to its normal idle...any ideas?

not to experienced with auto chokes but could you put a stiffer spring in?

I don't understand what you mean by unplugging the auto choke. Like unplug the vacuum line to the choke pull-off?

By unplugging the choke i mean, there is a wire that runs from my ignition, all the way to the choke and plugs into this thing i dont know what it is on the carb.

Sounds like you plugged an Idle solenoid in.If it looks like the above and the pin from the solenoid extends and makes the linkage increase the idle,then that is what it is.Usually used on AC to keep the engine from stalling when the AC is putting more load on the engine.The choke is a Flapper(butterfly) in the top of the carb.It is usually operated by a cable or thermostatically(Bi-metal) spring.There may be a idle solenoid or a vacuum line to help open/close it but we'll need more pics to tell.
