Where have you guys drilled holes to route air line to your front bags? And did you use a stright or 90 degree fitting? Pics would be great

We were looking at this yesterday on my truck. I think we are going to drill a hole on the back side so the line does not have to go forward and then curve back. I'll take a picture on Monday of the results.

On my 68 w/the notched OE x-member, I ran 90° fittings off the top of the bags toward the center of the x-member. At the rear on the pass side of the x-member, I drilled a hole to feed both L/R airlines through. The airlines were secured w/cushion clamps inside the x-member. Where they exited the x-member, I had them inside of a piece of rubber hose for protection. From there, they just followed the brake & fuel lines down the chassis.

I used a 90 deg fitting on the bag. I drilled a hole under the engine stands from the bottom side. Its pretty much a straight shot to the bag, plus i can get my fat ass arm in there...lol
