Front bags popping when filling.

I have a fbss system and when I fill the front bags they pop like when installing a tire on a wheel. It is real apparent when i fill them one at a time, but not as bad when you fill them at the same time.Any thoughts?

Re: Front bags popping when filling.

I had a truck that did this and im pretty sure it is due to the angle of the bags and the bag is shifting outward in the middle as it inflates. I tried installing new bags and a few other things and never could get it to go away.

Re: Front bags popping when filling.

I dont know about a poping, but on mine, the driver front doesn't really move until there's a decent amout of pressure in the bag, and then there's a clunk type of noise and it bounces up like something was binding. I tore it all down since and didn't notice anything binding/hitting...do you think this is somewhat the same?

This is similar to what my old truck did. It would raise a few inches then stop. When it would "clunk" the truck would start to raise again. That truck was a nissan, no bag cups to shift.
