57 wiper exchange

I have three more items to erase from my 21 item Texas safety inspection list to get real plates. (I have a temp plate now)

1. horn--i am not sure what to do about that.
2. mirror--I will put the drivers door back on, it has a mirror.
3. wipers!!!

After trying to fix the vacuum wipers I have removed them and I will install new electric wipers. (after all they will be usefull even after I get past the tx safety inspection.)

You'all have written about Newport engineering, ecklers truck.com, and a electric wipers on the cheap. Now from your experience, who is the best for less?
