Jonathan, I was just fishing through my computer looking for cab pics from you. I know you sent one to me that showed the location of the heat shield. Leon's picture pretty much clears things up for me. I thought the cab holes were in the right area to be the BB heat shield. I agree a cab swap is the most likely explanation.
