69 K20 Power brake ?
I am picking up a 69 K20 this weekend. I have to put it back togeather. No problem. The price is right and most everything is there. The truck is all stock With closed knuckle front end. 4wheel drum. I dont mind the durm brakes. But i do want to put power brake on it.
What are you guys using for a booster and master? And what is need for install? |

Re: 69 K20 Power brake ?
should have bought mine; already power! A manual master should swap onto a power booster, but you will need a 67-72 booster or the bracket isnt right for the 67-72 firewall. Autozone reman booster is $105, and reman booster/master is $109!! what a joke. anyways, add $18 or $35 respectively if you dont have a core. just make sure master is for drum/drum if you replace it too.

Thanks man. I probly should have.
Does the 67-72 booster take a bracket or is it just bolt on to the firewall? |
