Engine Decoding
Anyone know how to decode this 454 engine so I can get some info on it?
Casting 3999289 Stamped at the front with T0207TSK and C5F142850 Found out that TSK suffix is either '75 or '77, but after that I'm stumped. Thanks Guys. Richard. |

Thanks guys, seen those websites before.
Want to nail it down to what year exactly, and what the engine came out of. Engine code T0207TSK tells me that it's a truck engine, made feb 7th, but either 75 or 77 as far as the TSK suffix goes. Any ideas how to read the engine VIN? C5F142850 |

C=Division code. Chevrolet truck 5=Model Year. 1975 F=Final assembly plant. Flint 142850=Last six of vehicle VIN |
