more brake issues plus rant

I get the feeling he DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO WORK ON OLDER BRAKE SYSTEMS. I get this ALL the time in my shop, new age "mechanics" that really aren't mechanics at all. All they seem to do is mess things up worse than the original problems/issues, and then, I get to fix all of 'em, the original problem(s), AND what the whizz-bang new age disaster made worse.
