Width of rim
I have 15" rally wheels on my truck, trying to find width of them.

most accurate way is to take a tire off the rim and measure with a ruler

GM made 15" truck ralleys in very few standard widths. 6 lugs are most often 8" wide and 5 lugs could be 7" or 8". I see you have a 72 so guessing you have 5 luggers. Unless you have later model faux ralleys that are just a plain steel wheel, we should be able to figure this out without taking the tire off. Post a pic taken from an angle to the wheel, not square on, and I'll bet we can tell you just by looking. Also, backspacing would be different. You can measure that without taking the tire off. I have a set but I don't recall now what the measurement is. I'm sure someone will chime in with that.

Pop over to a tire shop. They should have a big plastic rim caliper for their balance machine.

Some wheels have their dimensions stamped on the back side...
And if measuring, measure inside bead-to-bead. Only mentioned b/c I have seen some folks measure outside, or total width of the rim.

Every 5 lug rallye wheel I have ever owned has the size stamped on the inside...might need to clean it up a bit to see.
