72 c30 at junk yard

Not sure where to post this just left a local salvage yard in st louis mo they just got in a 72 dulley c30 complete truck with a pto flatbed dump & disc brakes fyi

I pulled a nice steering wheel , radio & speaker , high hump & shifter and fan shroud.. Seat belts where real nice un till someone cut all of them when they took out the seat !!

Cut seat belts to remove a seat!!??? Can people really be so dumb or lazy to not figure out you just stuff them through?
