Vehicle or title history
Maybe my first question was a little vague, but wondering if anyone has used a service to find out about their trucks history or past title's? If so what is the best service to use? any good free ones out there? Seems like its hard to find a reputable service that has access to Vins with under 17 numbers. Than ks

Re: Vehicle or title history
I doubt there are any free ones that would give you actual vehicle history (as opposed to generic mfgr info) - but I'm not certain of that. I have heard some folks that have been satisfied with CarFax for researching history - but I'm not sure if they cover vehicles this old. I have not used them - but I've heard a few positive comments on them and no negative comments, if that helps. Some others on here my have first-hand experience that might chime in.

Re: Vehicle or title history
Thanks for the info, just thought if people went through all the trouble and finances to rebuild their truck they might want to know the history of it, guess not.
