Angry WTB 1971 GMC "Sierra" Emblem

Just like the title says, mine fell off my bedside on my last trip to the dump. Shipping to 98233.

Re: WTB 1971 GMC "Sierra" Emblem

I know you may want to do this, but I lost both my sierra grande bedside emblems off of a former truck of mine. So instead of spending the 130 or whatever for new ones, I found a set on ebay that had broken studs. Then I drilled the studs out and went to the hardware store, bought 4 little bolts with nuts and lock washers. Attached the emblems and they are still on the truck today, haven't loosened up at all.

Re: WTB 1971 GMC "Sierra" Emblem

Another suggestion is to cut off the studs and JB Weld on a small thread section so you can screw a nut onto the back.....won't come off that way and you don't have holes or bolts going all the way through the emblem

68350 and Indy- Good idea on the bolting, I will try this on the one I still got, and look for another one with broken pins.

Brian- 3/4 ton. I did not know there was a difference?

There is no difference on the box emblems, I think Brian Atkinson is thinking you are looking for a "Sierra" fender emblem. Mel

Also, I may have one for you. I will have to take a look and let you know.

Classic Bowties was correct. I thought you meant fender emblems.

I think Duncan and Son had one or more some time ago.

Re: WTB 1971 GMC "Sierra" Emblem

I have a pair but want to sell them as a pair. Outer studs are good but inner one is broken off. Asking 100 shipped for the pair.
