Oil, Fuel, Carbon Fouled Plug???

A month or so ago I posted a question about my BBC spark plug issues and got some great responses but check this out, my truck is running better than ever but the plug fouling has gotten worse! 1st pic is the original plug with about 2000 miles on it, I cleaned it and the BBC purred like a kitten! 2nd & 3rd pics are the same plug with 2000 more miles! What the heck causes spark plugs to foul like this?

Re: Oil, Fuel, Carbon Fouled Plug???

I only see 1 pic, but my first reaction is valve guides and/or seals.

I'm sure some more knowledgeable folks will chime in. I personally haven't run a bbc in 25yrs. I also didn't follow your plug thread very closely.

I'm kinda like duct tape- no real purpose, but handy to have around.

Re: Oil, Fuel, Carbon Fouled Plug???

I started a new thread called "riddle me this mechanic man" because my pics on this thread vanished in cyberspace!

Re: Oil, Fuel, Carbon Fouled Plug???

that particular cylinder is leaking somewhere causing the plug to foul...
