Hi,

My name is Terry. I'm new today. I own a '72 Cheyenne. Lots of good info here. I have a question: will a Cragar SS/Series 61 that fits a '94 Chevrolet P/U also fit my '72? The ones I bought are 15X10, 5-on-5. I bought 'em on E-Bay and I haven't received them yet.

Thanks,
T

May those who love us, love us, any of those who do not love us, may God turn their hearts.
And if God is unable to turn their hearts, may he turn their ankles so we may know them by their limping.

Another welcome to the board...This one from South Mississippi. As the others have mentioned, they probably will, but it depends on the back spacing. I hope you have power steering. I know that the large 60 series tires (8" rims) on the front of my 70 makes for large tired arms.

I'll be putting on Firehawk, 255/60-15's on these 10" Cragars. And, yep she's got power steering. I hope they don't rub up-front! The tire guy says they should be O.K.

Welcome Terry,

I have American Eagle aluminum rims that are 15"x9" and have 275/60/15 BFG Radial T/A tires on all 4.

The 9" are close but they work. Thought I might have to go to a 16" diameter rim at first, but the 15" rims do work. Just check the amount of space between the caliper and the rim. I think my space is about 1/4 inch.

No problems with tires rubbing anywhere either.

Thanks for the info. I guess I'll know for-sure when they arrive and I mount them on the truck. I bought 'em on E-Bay. Got a heck of a deal! They were only used for 2-months and then stored in a garage. They look brand-new in the pictures-we'll see!
