Re: e-bay 66 gmc suburban 4 x 4

i do wish folks paid a little more attention to posting pics of vehicles they are selling - the things I CAN'T see for that burb are what would worry me... Kinda like when someone only posts pics of one side of a vehicle - or only post close-ups of stuff so you can't see the whole thing. Even without the original engine, that seems like a pretty decent deal to me(?)

Hey d/s nobody is saying that it is rare. the only one supposedly that is rare is the one that you claim is rare.

I have a hard time believing the 26,000 mile claim. The seat upholstery is not original and there is way too much wear on the steering wheel and pedals to be a 26,000 mile'r. Plus the drivetrain has been changed out and as far as I am concerned, there really isn't much point mentioning low original miles if everything has been changed or swapped out.

I have to agree with you. I picked up a few of the pics for a closer look; maybe 126,000

Post no pictures at all but are asking $15,000 for their vehicle. MUST SELL

Have a couple of articles for sale with pictures but have NOS fenders for $1000.00 but no picture of them.

No pictures of the vehicle but " just needs engine, body and electrical work".

No contact information.

They don't proof read their ad. Never capitalize the beginning of their sentences or use punctuation. The whole ad is one big jumble of words.

Rare optioned truck but show the chrome air cleaner instead of the rare option.

Restored, all original, but has a different motor and transmission, a newer seat, been painted for the fourth time and has some cheap aftermarket goodie on it.

Sorry Ron, had to vent!
