Carpet tunnel low or high??? Help please!!!

Was wanting to order pre molded carpet for my 1967 swb 2wd regular cab. Only problem is don't know for sure what tunnel I have. The truck is automatic but has had a floor shifter in it before. But don't know if it was factory. Any way to measure or know for sure what tunnel I have. Please help

High tunnels bolt in and the lows are part of the floor.
