Whats in your buddys garage?

I went to my buddys house over the weekend for his stepsons birthday party. Well, I quickly found my way into his garage as I havnt seen his nearly completed 66 Impala nor his 72 Checy C10 he's building. Here are some photos I thought you guys would be intersted in checking out.

DETAILS:
66 Impala - full frame off resto, 4 wheel disc brake, 388 stroker, custom TH400, GM 12 bolt w/ 3:73. The body has been fully worked over with the original color sprayed back on. He is still in the process of completing the interior, but we were able to take a cruise in it. I wish I could have taken a photo of the posi marks he left on the back road, but I can honestly swear to it that is was an easy 75 foot posi burnout. Awesome ride!

72 Chevy C10 - boxed framed, custom modified front cross memeber to fit the big block, narrowed rear, 4 link, 4 wheel disc brakes, massive Hoosiers out back. The motor is a custom 632 ci with 890 hp. I did get to see the dyno sheet to verify it. This framework is beautiful and motivates me to keep going in mine.

Heres some photos:

Re: Whats in your buddys garage?

Hardwood garage floors?.......probably just a little more comfortable to lay on than concrete!

Nice projects!

Re: Whats in your buddys garage?

I was waiting to see a dining room table next to all of that lol. Nice rigs but it was hard to focus on them with the flooring. Kinda reminds me of when my Buell was in my dining room for awhile and then my bedroom for awhile before I sold it .

Re: Whats in your buddys garage?

Nice! I don't think I could keep up with 2 projects at once though.

Re: Whats in your buddys garage?

Honestly guys, all of his work is done at motor/chassis/body shops. He doesnt do much of anything in his garage otther than change oil.....Thats what happens when you have "extra" money to play with. Its nice to dream on a 632 for sure though.....
