In the end it is up to the seller of the product who has first dibs. The unwritten rule is and always has been the first to say "I will take it" gets the item. But if the seller decides to give people who are asking for more info time to make the decision even if someone else later posts "I will take it" it is the seller's ultimate choice....
It's better to clarify which way you do business in your initial post but I have forgotten to include this in some of my fs posts also...
