Good choice, I have had them on 3 different cars/truck and know plunty other people with them. I am going with 44's when I redo this exhaust. Really not that much different I believe 44's are suppose to be a little deeper sounding but close to same loudness. I had headers, true duals 2.5" 40's on my 97 Sierra with a 350 vortec with a small cam and hiflow cats and I loved the way it sounded. It had a good deep idle that wasn't real loud but when you jumped on it, it screamed and sounded mean. Are you going to dump the exhaust or have them come all the way out the back?
