Black wood grain? OE? Where can I find it?

My 72 Cheyenne Super has black wood grain on the glovebox cover. I've seen it before but very rarely. Until I owned a truck with it, I never paid much attention to it. If anyone knows more about it - please share. Is is OE or custom? Its unique and if it was available, I'd like to replace my natural wood grain in my lower moldings with it.

Try finding someone in your area that does the Hydrographic work, that is becoming popular. It is a treatment that is mixed and placed on a liquid and then the part is dipped into the solution and the design is transferred to the object. There are many woodgrain designs and maybe they can do a black woodgrain.

But I don't think they could put the graphic on just the center of the glovebox. I think I covers the whole object that they dip. That would be cool though
