50's truck on TV Wednesday night
There is a show called Wheeler Dealers on Velocity I believe this Wednesday night featuring a 50's truck.
Just saw the ad and they will be doing some engine mods on the old straight 6. |

Is that the English guy that does the rattle can paint jobs? I thought I saw he was coming to the US.

I've never heard of the show. So, I checked it out on youtube. You can see the whole episode on youtube (in 4 parts)

Great watch but to bad they went through the effort of replacing some parts with new and reinstall the rusty old parts with no cleanup??

Re: 50's truck on TV Wednesday night
Good show, they didn't add in there labor. They must be just like us and do it for the fun. Truck turned out to nice. I liked the idea of power coating the bed rails. I noticed they removed the headliner, I don't know these trucks that well, but is there enough room to put the sound deader up there?
I don't get that channel, so I'll just keep checking youtube. Thanks for the link. Steve |

There is all kinds of room in the headliner for insulation and a headliner
