Yes, you just need the fleetside bed bolts, and fuel necks.

Definitely keep the stepside fuel necks with the bed.
These are getting harder and harder to find.

Yep, direct swap
just need bed bolts and filler neck like J knight said. Might have bumper clearance issues, either that or I didn't even have the correct bumper on my truck.
