From what I can tell, I think 1700 is a bit too much for a truck that doesnt run and has some rust/body issues. Just my opinion, but if I was the seller I think I would realistically expect to get on more than 1200 for it.

I agree with everyones posts but really if you want it bad enough I say go for it, true 2wd are really hard to come by, and by the time you get a 4x4 and put all that work into it to change it over I say go for it. I paid 1000 for 70 factory 2wd but I was very blessed to find a deal like that. I would show him 1400 cash and I bet you could get it.

It looks like a great start on a highly desirable and hard to find project. Like chevy truck crazy said 2wd projects are getting hard to find. I paid a grand for mine and it was as stripped down as yours with no title and about 5 times the rust.
