Balljoints and tie rod ends???

Pretty simple question (I hope) I currently have a 69 gmc and want to install drop spindles and newer style disc brakes on it. I have seen a couple of kits out there that have the drop spindles along with new ball joints and tie rod ends included and it says it converts it to the newer style 73-87 style ball joints and tie rod ends.

Will the ball joints and tie rod ends from the 73-87 trucks fit on my 69 suspension, if so then I can get them at the local parts store to save a bit on shipping and duty and all that wonderfull cross border buying crap.

One of these days my questions will stop ( I will probably be dead but they will stop, lmao)

Thanks once again.
