New classes here in Houston

Looking for opinions on this . I ran the last race of this year in Street legal warrior and had a blast . Fastest pass was a 6.05 ( TT viper ) and it was won with a 6.12 . Street legal outlaw was won buy a TT SBC Ranger @ 5.40. Here are the rules .

The street legal warrior class looks like fun! I can see a lot of drama happening, though, with the drivers policing each other and the possibilities of extra cruises taking place if somebody questions the streetability of another car.
All in all, though, looks like a lot of fun!

A couple of the guys were saying make the cruise so many miles in the concrete oval . I want to do the street cruise . I drive mine all the time anyway . The E85 kinda has me worried mainly due to my ignorence and hearing about these higher compression nitrous and turbo cars making good power with it . Im going to give it a go ccoming up next year . Oh and the winner and runner up have to make a cruise to pick up the checks .

Re: New classes here in Houston

Yeah, I agree with ya. IMO, the cruise should be done on the streets and not around the oval. They're supposed to be street cars, so, I wouldn't think a short cruise would be any problem for a street car.
